Training packages are specific to your goals, needs and level of fitness. Styles include a diverse range of cardiovascular conditioning, strength and resistance exercises using a cable machine, free weights, TRX suspension training system and various training accessories. Every training package includes a monthly body fat analysis, circumference (tape) measurements and weekly nutrition consultations.

  • Monthly training packages

    Pricing:
    4 sessions for $300 per month – 1 session per week
    8 sessions for $600 per month – 2 sessions per week
    **No long-term contracts required
